READ FAQs BELOW

  • Can a client be allergic to the glue?
Our experience shows that up to 8 out of 10 clients who previously had an allergy and therefore could no longer wear lashes are symptom-free with our UV/LED Light System. This means that allergies no longer occur. In rare cases, however, allergies do occur, and these are extremely sensitive customers. So there is no guarantee for being “allergy-free”, but our system shows a high effectiveness with many clients!
  • How do I store the glue? What is the shelf life?
The glue should be stored in the supplied pouch to protect it from UV light. It should also be stored in a cool and dry place if possible, but never in the refrigerator. When stored correctly, the glue has a shelf life of 6 months. Unopened, the glue has a shelf life of 1 year.
  • What is the lifespan of the LEDS?
The approximate life of the lamp is an incredible 30,000 hours! If you calculate a treatment time of 1.5 hours per customer (which is already a lot, since refills are usually faster), this means that you can treat 20,000 customers with the lamp. If we assume that you treat 40 customers per week (5×8 customers per day) – also quite a lot – then this means that the lamp theoretically lasts for 500 weeks of continuous work. So about 9.5 years. And here we have calculated that the lamp is permanently on during the treatment – which is not even the case. So you could multiply the values by 3 to 5 times.
  • Is the system safe?
Our system is tested and safe. Please read and observe all operating and safety instructions before use. Directions: Intended for professional and experienced lash artists using classic and volume techniques. Please cover the top lid with an eye pad and press the light for 3 seconds at a time to cure each lash. We recommend working on one eye at a time so that you don't need to move the lamp from eye to eye, thus saving you time. Never shine the UV light directly into open eyes. The lamp should be positioned 10-15cm away from the clients eye.
  • What about the retention?
The lashes last until the natural lash falls out as part of the natural hair growth cycle.
  • Does the light harm the eye?
If you follow our safety instructions, it won’t hurt your eyes! You just have to make sure that neither you nor the customer look directly into the light. However, this does not happen when the system is used correctly, because the lamp shines from above onto the closed eyelid and never directly into the eye. Also you as the lash artist have no direct eye contact with the light In short: Follow all the safety instructions printed in the operating manual and you and your customer are safe!
  • What techniques does this system work with?
Our system works smoothly with any technique: no matter 1 to 1, premade fans, volume technique, mega volume.
