UV Lamp and Glue Kit
We take great care to package every order securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. Please read the following carefully:
Important: Check Your Parcel Upon Delivery
Inspect before signing: When your order is delivered, please check the parcel for any visible signs of damage before accepting it from the courier.
If the package is visibly damaged:
Do not accept the delivery, or
Ask the courier to mark it as “damaged” and take clear photos of:
The damaged box
The product inside
The shipping label
The courier present (if possible)
Report Damage Within 24 Hours
All damages or issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
You must include photo evidence showing:
The outer packaging
The damaged item
The courier label (with tracking details)
If this information is not provided within 24 hours, we may not be able to assist with refunds or replacements, and the matter may need to be taken up directly with the courier.

By accepting the parcel without objection or photo documentation at the time of delivery, the customer acknowledges receipt of the order in good condition. We cannot be held liable for damage reported after this point without evidence.

Orders placed before 8am weekdays will be shipped out same day.
Orders within Cape Town area allow 1-3 week days to arrive
Orders outside of Cape Town allow 2-4 week days to arrive
Pre orders for glue allow 5-7 days lead time.
